Senior Learning & Development Lead
Being part of the development of new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a central part of the future sustainable energy supply.
Videberg Kraft is a project company with the mission to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future nuclear power. To succeed, we need to build a sustainable organization with the right capabilities at every stage – from licensing and construction to commissioning and future operations.
We are now looking for a Senior Learning & Development Lead to shape how we plan, develop, and build the competencies required for this long-term mission.
Your Role
As Senior Learning & Development Lead within People & Culture, you will play a key role in planning and enabling the build-up of capabilities at Videberg Kraft. Working closely with the leadership team, HR colleagues, and managers across the organization, you will translate the project roadmap and key milestones into clear competence and capability requirements. Initially, your focus will be on establishing a comprehensive view of current and future needs and developing a strategic and concrete path for building the capabilities and competencies required over time. You will define what needs to be in place, when it is needed, and how it supports each stage of the company’s development.
You will drive and coordinate this work across the organization, creating practical structures that help leaders anticipate future needs, close competence gaps, support employee development, and reduce risks related to critical capabilities and knowledge.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will set the direction, establish fit-for-purpose processes, and support leaders in applying them. A key part of the role is to build an approach that meets the company’s needs today and can evolve as the organization grows and its responsibilities increase.

Experience establishing practical frameworks, processes, and ways of working within learning and development in organizations or projects at an early stage

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders
